In Colombia:

If I step down from the ladder, I will have bad luck

If I get up on the wrong foot, I will have make a bad day

If I break a mirror, I will have seven years of bad health

If I touch wood, Christ will protect me from all evil  

Foreing superstitions:

In Greece, if I featured a horseshoe behind my door, I will have good luck
In Spain and Italy, if someone puts his hat on the bed, something bad will happen
In Greece, if anyone portrait of a celebrity dropped and suffered extensive damage, he will die soon
In British Isles, if you find a four leaf clover, you will have good luck    

When i get sick

 When I get sick, if somethings hurts, I will go to the hospital

Usually I have headache because I am much time in the computer and a phone.
If I have a headache, I will take homemade medicine. If I do not improve, I will go to the doctor

If I have a backache, I will go to the hospital or I will take a pill or take homemade medicine 

If I have a cold, I will take a pill
